There's a Whole Lot of Reading and Writing to Do
Word's Worth is always up for something
new. This month we stand true in our mission to offer quality writing instruction from highly experienced writers while also
promoting and encouraging the connection we can all share in the writing experience. Proof of this is in our newest class
and its instructors.
When Fact and Fiction Collide: Research Skills for Aspiring Writers is a two part,
six hour course offered in conjunction with the Indiana Writing Center. Word's Worth instructor Katrina Kittle
and friend, Angela Jackson-Brown are teaming up to lead students through the rigors of historical and contemporary
research while offering researching tips and direction in incorporating it into your work. This is truly a opportunity that
shouldn't be missed!
Amid the work of promoting her new book, Rewrite the Stars, author Christina Consolino
is setting some time aside to oversee a long overdue Writer's Workout and to
help connect women with publishing opportunities in Embrace Your Literary Mama.
our classes are virtual and allow writers to meet from the convenience of their office or home. For information on our spring offerings, visit our Schedule page.
